Terms and Conditions for Faisal Jamal Studio

1. General These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all sales of KORG beats, music tracks, samplers, and harmoniums (“Products”) by Faisal Jamal Studio (“the Company”) through its website or any other sales channel. By purchasing any Product from the Company, the buyer (“Customer”) agrees to these Terms.

2. Purchase and License Upon purchase, the Customer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product. The Customer is not permitted to resell, redistribute, or share the Product with third parties without the explicit written consent of Faisal Jamal Studio.

3. No Refund Policy Due to the digital and functional nature of our Products, all sales are final. Once a Product has been delivered to the Customer, it cannot be returned, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. The Customer acknowledges that digital and physical Products are inherently non-returnable and agrees to waive the right to any refund or chargeback.

4. Delivery of Products Digital Products are delivered electronically via download links or email within a reasonable time after purchase. Physical Products, including samplers and harmoniums, are shipped to the address provided by the Customer. Faisal Jamal Studio is not responsible for any technical issues on the Customer's side that may prevent them from accessing digital Products, nor for delays in the shipping of physical Products due to circumstances beyond our control.

5. Intellectual Property All digital Products sold remain the intellectual property of Faisal Jamal Studio. The purchase of a license grants the Customer specific usage rights but does not transfer ownership of the underlying audio files or compositions.

6. Limitation of Liability Faisal Jamal Studio is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Products, including but not limited to loss of profit, data, or business opportunities.

7. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Faisal Jamal Studio is registered. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

8. Amendments Faisal Jamal Studio reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review the Terms regularly to stay informed of any changes.

By purchasing a Product from Faisal Jamal Studio, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
